Our technical office undertakes the preparation of complete studies (architectural – static – mechanical) for construction projects and metal construction buildings of any scale or category, which meet the requirements and wishes of the respective property owner. We then undertake the supervision of these studies for correct and timely implementation, observing all safety rules.

at home
Through the SAVE HOME program, you are given the opportunity to upgrade your home's energy efficiency so as to reduce the energy consumption you had until now. This is how you renovate your home by changing the facades, the roof, the frames and the heating system, as a result of which you modernize and extend its lifespan. At the same time, subsidize for it up to 70% and get an interest-free loan for the remaining amount.
Depending on your income you can join one of three categories with grants of 15%, 30% and 70%.
To be eligible for the Program, the works must be based on the recommendations of the Energy Inspector and will exclusively concern the following three categories of eligible interventions:

Replacement of frames (frames / glazing) and installation of shading systems.

Installation of thermal insulation on the building shell including the roof / roof and the pilot.

Upgrade of the heating system and hot water supply.

ELECTRONIC BUILDING IDENTITY
It is the complete electronic file of a building/detached property or an undeveloped plot/field and includes all information such as its building permit, energy performance certificate, floor plans, millimeter table, construction control certificate, declarations of belonging to laws suspending the imposition of penalties on arbitrary, etc.
The exclusive operation of the Electronic Building Identity will start from April 1, 2021.
Energy Performance Certificate
From 9/1/2011 for every purchase-sale, rental or transfer of a property, for all properties built under the KENAK and for those that are part of the "Save at Home" program, an Energy Performance Certificate must be issued. Based on the Energy Consumption the building is classified in the corresponding Energy Category, which is reflected on the Energy Performance Certificate.

We undertake free of charge the pre-check of the space in which the store is to operate, ensuring from the beginning that the space meets the specifications of the applicable legislation for its operation as a health or non-interest store. In this way, the entrepreneur knows in advance whether or not the space he intends to rent/buy can work for the use he intends, avoiding unpleasant surprises.

Law 4178/13 allows citizens with arbitrary buildings or properties with arbitrary constructions and urban planning violations to keep their property by paying a single fine, ensuring that the property has been freed from urban planning burdens for the next 30 years or even some of these categories and definitively, otherwise the property:
it cannot be transferred, sold, deposited as a mortgage or mortgage note to obtain a loan.
it cannot legally maintain itself, nor acquire basic functions.
